Soybean (Glycine max) seed extract DER 10:1 containing 95% phospholipids (25% 3-sn-phosphatidylcholine, including 2.2% choline), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, colorant: iron oxides and hydroxides), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
Take 2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose, i.e. 2 capsules daily.
